Novel pesticides containing an active substance combination of 2-(2',4'-dimethylphenylimino)-3-methylthiazoline and pyrethroids, besides inert carriers and additives. The novel compositions are used for controlling ectoparasites, in particular mites, especially ticks and scab mites, and insects, in particular lice and hair lice, flies and fly larvae, and mosquito and mosquito larvae.
