The product consists of an oil-in-water emulsion. It contains hydrogen peroxide and the components of a mammalian milk. It can contain oily components and emulgent agents in addition to the milk components. As a result of its very fine dispersion, the oily phase of the milk is readily carried by the hydrogen peroxide through the epidermis. By its dissociation into oxygen and ordinary water, the hydrogen peroxide exerts a subcutaneous hydrating effect.
