PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out molding and assembling of parts both in the same mold, by molding parts that will be assembled into an item such as a chain, and pusing one part to the other part by an ejecting pin when the mold is opened. CONSTITUTION:Part 1, 2 are molded by an injection molder capable of molding several types of parts. Then the mold is opened. In this case, a cam 9 is moved up, and a link 8 is moved to the right thereby a lower sliding core 1 is moved down. When the cam 9 is futher moved up, the molded part 2 is fitted to the molded part 1. That is, since the upward movement of the cam 9 moves a bar 10 for sliding to the left against a resilient body 11 to push an ejecting pin 4, the molded parts 1, 2 are assembled through fitting sections 1a, 2a. Then the assembled parts 1, 2 are ejected by an ejector pin 13. |
