PURPOSE:To increase the gripping performance for a tire in a green tire gripping apparatus, by providing a rotatable disk between sliders each having a shoe and a fluid pressure cylinder for actuating the sliders, and allowing the pivotal position of the fluid pressure cylinder with respect to the dist to be altered. CONSTITUTION:The loader of a tire vulcanizing apparatus grips a green tire (a) on a tire placing table by the spreading and retracting operation of plurality of sliders 10 each having a shoe provided to each of disks 17 secured to the tips of rotatable booms 16, and the green tire (a) is delivered to the tire press position by rotating the boom 16 by the extending and retracting operation of a fluid pressure cylinder 15, and then is transferred to a tire press lower mold, and the loader is moved aside of the tire vulcanizer. To allow the pivotal position of the fluid pressure cylinder 22 with respect ot the disk 19 to be changed to the optimum position, each of pins 32 can be selectively fitted to any one of holes 19b. |
