PURPOSE:To enable to perform high-efficient high-level test, by a method wherein, in a material flow system simulator, a motion, equivalent to the motion of a sequencer, is produced and utilized as a time series process linkage data. CONSTITUTION:A system 1 to be tested outputs 25 a control command DO to each equipment according to a plant condition file 18 formed as a working plan, and waits for response. When DO monitoring of a simulator SM detects a change in event from the DO pattern of a data base 3 and the preceding value of the DO pattern which is renewed in succession, a motion command analysis 6 is started, and motion sequence is calculated with reference to an equipment model file 10, a motion time calculating file 11, and an even constant file 12 to start an event production 7. A DC change pattern is transferred to a package 2 on the process input/output side through a DI production 8. This enables to perform a high-level high-efficient test by the use of a software package. |
