<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency by unnecessitating spacers by a method wherein bridges between a plurality of coil bobbin bodies and adjacent ones are integrally formed by means of a synthetic resin mold. CONSTITUTION:The bridges 2 connecting the coil bobbin bodies 1 arranged in adjacency at fixed intervals to the adjacent ones are integrally formed by means of the synthetic resin mold. Coil bobbins thus formed are penetrated to a shaft and then loaded to a winding machine. A winding is formed in many bodies 1 at the same time. Each bridge 2 is cut after the winding is formed in such a manner. Therefore, since a plurality of the bodies 1 are integrally formed via bridges 2, spacers are unnececssary at the time of the penetration of the bodies to the shaft, and the working efficiency is high.</p> |
