PRESSURE DETECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate output variation with temperature by correcting the shift between a movable and a fixed detection part due to the deformation of a diaphragm caused by temperature variation through the deformation of a bimetal based upon the temperature variation. CONSTITUTION:The bimetal 20 supports one terminal of a differential coil 8 with its curved surface near the connection part between a guide cylinder 7 and an airtight casing 3a. When the diaphragm 2 expands or contracts owing to temperature variation, a core 10 is to move accordingly, but the bimetal 20 deforms according to the temperature variation and the core 10 does not move to the differential coil 8 substantially.
