PURPOSE:To obtain the titled photometer having a function for correcting self base line by performing differentiation calculation of one time - plural times with respect to a photometric output and performing integration calculation in accordance with the order of the differentiation with respect to the output. CONSTITUTION:The photometric output transmitted through a sample cell S is inputted to an A/D converter 5, the output data of the converter 5 is inputted to the first differentiation circuit D1, and the differentiated result is desplayed by a recorder Rc and stored in a memory M2. The differentiated results of the circuit D1 are differentiated sequentially by differentiation circuits D2, D3, and the differentiated results are displayed by the recorder Rc and stored in memories M3, M4. The outputs of the memories M2, M3 and M4 are inputted in integration circuits I1, I2 and I3 and integrated, and the outputs of the circuit I3 are integrated sequentially by the circuits I2, I1. The outputs of the circuits I1 and I2 are sent to the recorder Rc and recorded. |
