PURPOSE:To stably and smoothly feed a transfer material, by a method wherein intermediate rollers are disposed halfway between a feed roller and resist rollers, a curl shape is formed on the transfer material by means of the intermediate rollers. CONSTITUTION:Intermediate rollers 9 are disposed on a transfer material convey route located halfway between a feed roller 2 and resistor rollers 5, and a projecting curl shape is formed on a transfer material 3 with the aid of the intermediate roller 9. This causes the front edge part of the transfer material to point downward, reduces the area of a contact with a underlaying feed guide 7, facilitates formation of a upward-projecting loop, and enables prevention of adsorption of the transfer material 3 to the underlaying feed guide 7 and prevention of curling at a feed port (b) section of the transfer material, resulting in the possibility to stably and smoothly feed the transfer material 3. |
