PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the assembly apparatus for a roller and a retainer for a supersmall-sized bearing or a one-way clutch, etc. in which the retainer is used. CONSTITUTION:A retainer A is inserted and held at a certain position in the holding hole 6 on a supporter 5. A pusher 17 which allows a roller 19 to rolling- contacts with a cam 21 is moved downward, and a dividing mechanism 28 permits the start of revolution by a certain revolution angle corresponding to the number of roller holding windows (a) on the supporter 5. When the pusher 17 moves downward up to the bottom dead point of the cam, a roller B is supplied onto the top edge surface 26. At this time, the mechanism 28 completes the dividing of the revolution angle. The succeeding revolution of the cam 21 completes the insertion of the roller B into the roller holding window (a) at the top dead point. The mechanism 28 is engaged at a proper time during the descent of the pusher 17, and thus one cycle of the roller inserting operation is completed. |
