PURPOSE:To control an engine speed securely and precisely, by providing a control means for detecting over-rotation of an engine and controlling a length of a wire between a throttle grip and a throttle valve in a carburetor. CONSTITUTION:A throttle grip 1 and a throttle valve 3 in a carburetor 2 are connected with each other by an inner wire 5 and an outer wire 6. A control means 7 consisting of a diaphragm mechanism 16 and a rod 13, etc. is provided at an intermediate portion of the inner wire 5. When a rotational speed sensor 8 detects over-rotation of an engine or a vehicular speed greater than a set value, a solenoid valve 20 is operated to change a length of the inner wire 5 through the control means 7 thereby to close the throttle valve 3. |
