PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution by opening a small hole to an opaque belt moving in a direction at a right angle to the scanning direction of a transparent original, irradiating the original through a light spot through the small hole and detecting the light through the original by means of a light sensor. CONSTITUTION:In running the original 1 described in an opaque ink on a transparent original sheet in the direction of the arrow A and in driving a belt 30 by rotating rollers 31, 32, the running of the small holes 30a-30c is the main scanning and the direction of running of the original 1 is the subscanning. In extracting an electric output from a sensor 33, a facsimile signal is obtained. |
