PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized oscillator provided with a microstrip line resonator by forming oscillation circuits on both main planes of a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:A resonator 1 in microstrip line structure is formed on the 1st main plane of the ceramic substrate 3, and the grounding layer 4 of this resonator 1 is formed on the 2nd main plane of the substrate 3. A slit and a coplanar line part 5 are provided at the part of the grounding layer 4 facing the resonator 1, and a so-called coplanar line is formed on the 2nd main plane opposite to the resonator 1. In this case, the degree of coupling between the resonator 1 of microstrip line structure and coplanar line is -5--10dB from logical and experimental points. This coupling system is employed to form oscillation circuits over both main planes of the substrate 1 together with active elements 2a and 2b, passive elements 6a and 6b, conductor wires 7a and 7b which are added if necessary. |
