摘要 |
PURPOSE:To attain high sensitivity and high resolution by orienting and depositing a pyroelectric material thin film to a solid-state electronic scanning electrode through the electrophoresis by means of a colloidal aqueous solution of the pyroelectric material polarized in advance so as to attain ease of polarizing operation. CONSTITUTION:The pyroelectric material thin film 3 is formed by orienting and depositing pyroelectric material minute particles polarized in advance to plural signal electrodes 2 of a solid-state electron scanning section 1 by means of the electrophoresis. Then an infrared-ray absorption electrode 4 is formed on the surface of the film 3. Thus, no polarization is required and since the pyroelectric material thin film is formed only on the solid-state electron scanning section electrode 3, the lateral thermal diffusion of the pyroelectric material thin film and coupling between the solid-state electron scanning section electrodes 3 are reduced. |
