PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition suitable for the use as a dielectric resonator of a high-frequency apparatus working at a low temperature such as liquid nitrogen temperature. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic composition of the present invention has a composite perovskite-type crystal structure and causes phase-transition by temperature change. It exhibits high dielectric characteristic in the phase at a temperature lower than the phase-transition temperature and is expressed by the general formula (Ba1-xSrx)y(B'1/3B''2/3)Ow (0.4<=x<=1.0; 0.99<=y<=1.0; B' is bivalent ion; B'' is penta-valent ion; (w) is arbitrary number satisfying the neutral condition of the charge). |
