<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce a mold cone forming having good fillability without creating damages or breaks to a bushing by forming a mold cone portion for making a cable and the bushing in one united body by using an anticorrosive liquid rubber composition containing a particular amount of hydrate alumina and liquid rubber. CONSTITUTION:An insulation cover 1b at the end of a cable 1 is peeled off to expose the cable conductor 1a, this cable conductor 1a is inserted to an insertion hole 2a at the end portion of a bar-like conductor 2, and a composite conductor 3 is produced by bonding with pressure. Next, this conductor 3 is inserted to a through-hole of a bushing 5 and this is set in a metal mold for molding purpose. Thereafter, a mold cone forming material made of an anticorrosive liquid rubber composition containing 25 to 60 wt.% of hydrate alumina is filled in respective spaces within the metal mold and is thermally cured. Since the filling material is fluidic, it can be filled at a low pressure and also no volumetric expansion is created, therefore, the bushing 5 will not be damaged nor broken during production.</p> |
