<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a fused or laminated belt having improved characteristics in relation to the formation of the mark of a final product by providing a silicate member in a coating layer to mask the interstices of a fabric and preventing the surface shape of a base fabric from appearing on the surface of a belt. CONSTITUTION: A first dip coating step is performed in order to attach an adhesive coat 24 to a base fabric 21 and a mixture is only an adhesive material of polytetrafluoroethylene. The mixture also contains a silicate member for a first dip coating step for forming a coating layer 5 to the support surface of the base fabric and a remaining dip coating step for attaching a coating material to both surfaces of the fabric, that is, a fabric filling step for forming coating layers 26 to both surfaces of the fabric. The silicate member is solid glass beads having a diameter of a single dimension of 53-105μm, if possible, 90μm.</p> |
