PURPOSE:To fix surely and powerfully a hard metallic rod to a soft metallic material by specifying the relations among the diameter at the end of the hard metallic rod, the diameter at a guiding end, the diameter in the reducing part of the guiding end and the bore of the hole provided to the soft metallic material. CONSTITUTION:A hard metallic rod 4 and a soft metallic material are formed to A>B>C>D where the diameter at the end 3 of said metallic rod is designated as A, the diameter at a guiding end 6 as C, the diameter in a reducing part 5 as D and the bore of the hole 2 punched to the metallic material as B, respectively. When the end 6 is inserted into the hole 2, the end 6 and the reducing art 6 are easily inserted into the hole 2 as B>C>D. The end 3 stops advancing when the circumferential edge thereof contacts the circumferential edge of the hole 2. When the rod 4 is pressed and is forcibly inserted into the hole 2 against the relation A>B, the tip of the end 3 advances by pressing and turning up the inside wall of the hole 2 until the rod 4 stops advancing when the tip of the body thereof contacts the material 1. The pressed and strained part 2 formed accordingly is turned up onto the reducing part 5 and is packed into the gap between the end 6 and the end 3. |
