PURPOSE:To enhance response speed by introducing oxygen into an electrochromic layer. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is made of a colorless transparent glass plate, and an ITO film, NESA film, or the like is used for the transparent conductive films of the first and second electrodes 2, 3, respectively. SiO2 or other oxides, MgF2 or other fluorides is used for an insulating layer 4 made of a dielectric, and WO3, MoO3, and V2O5 are used to form an electrochromic layer 3, and it is obtained by forming a vapor deposited film through the vacuum evaporation method using an electron gun and introducing oxygen by an ion plating device. |
