PURPOSE:To enhance the vibration suppressing effect of a preventive device by absorbing the vibratory energy of the vibration preventive rubber with support vibrational members, and thereby decreasing the vibratory energy to be conducted to the supporting table. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate number of sets of support vibrational members 6 are furnished composed each of a sub-mass 4 and a spring 5 constituting a requisite mass m and spring constant k. The vibratory energy of the vibration preventive rubber 1 is absorbed by these support vibrational members 6 to cause reduction of the energy conducted to the supporting table 3. |
