Means are arranged for adding a third substance or group of substances into the water with the medium (5) to a water magazine (4) for collection of escaped material from the installation and/or in the water with the medium (6). A scrubber system (7) is involved for a ventilation flow (10) from the installation. The substance(s) reacted with the ammonia the formed unharmful products are dissolved and transported with the water. The system includes monitoring components (XS, XT, pHT) for monitoring ammonia, determining and feeding a suitable amt. of the third substance or gp. of substances to the water in the water magazine (4) and/or scrubber (7) and/or to the ventilation flow (10) for forming unharmful substances.
