The elastic fixing device has metal inner and outer parts and elastic buffers between opposite converging support faces on the inner part and other faces parallel to them on the outer part. The inside of the inner part is clad with elastic material (5) circular on the inside, and open at the wider side of this part for an angle less than 180 deg. The inner part can be expanded radially, to allow it to be slid in the radial direction over a tubular component (1) whose dia. is the same as the ID of the cladding (5).
