Method characterised in that it consists essentially in forming an air-receiving channel 2 over the entire length of the lower part of the wall 1, during the course of construction, in joining this channel 2 to the outside air by means of air inlet openings 3 arranged at regular intervals, in establishing a vertical movement of the air in the wall 1 via at least one series of vertical conduits or cells 4 within the thickness of the constituent elements near their outer edge, in joining the said conduits 4 to an upper collecting channel 5 formed on the upper part of the wall 1 and extending over the entire length thereof, and in equipping this connecting channel 5 with air outlets 6 of adjustable opening, which air outlets open into the premises at the level of the ceiling, in such a way that the heat energy passing through the wall heats the air penetrating at the lower part of the latter, and the air enters the premises in particular as regenerating air. <IMAGE>
