摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recognize an aural signal and transmit the recognized result from a transmitting circuit to a receiving circuit after coding the recognized sound signal, by decoding the coded signal and transmitting the decoded signal after converting the decoded signal into a serial pulse string signal through a matrix circuit. CONSTITUTION:Data corresponding to language are previously stored in a speech recognizing board E1. Moreover, the speech recognizing board E1 compares an aural signal inputted from a microphone 23 with the previously stored data and, when they coincide with each other, sends out data corresponding to the inputted aural signal as a code signal which is then decoded at a decoder circuit D. At a matrix circuit C, a photocoupler corresponding to the output signal from the decoder circuit D is turned on. A pulse string output circuit B2 sends out pulse signals corresponding to signals given from the matrix circuit C to terminals DT1- DT4 and KY1-KY8 as pulse string signals from its terminal OUT and gives the pulse string signals to an output terminal 14 through a transistor 11.</p>
