Vehicle brake servo booster unit

The brake booster for vehicle brake systems has a master cylinder (11) and a control valve (25) whose inlet is connected to a pressure source (27). The outlet is connected to a booster chamber (17) in the master cylinder (11). A connecting duct (29) between the control valve (25) and booster chamber (17) has a magnetic valve (31) fitted. The inlet to the magnetic valve (31) is connected to the pressure source. In one position of the magnetic valve, the connecting duct (29) passes through while in the second position the duct (29) is closed and the pressure source connected directly to the booster chamber.
