PURPOSE:To achieve the enhancement of measuring accuracy, by generating high level temp. fluctuation with clear frequency to an object of which the flow rate is measured. CONSTITUTION:A heat generator 20 is provided to the upstream side of an object of which the flow rate is measured and cyclically excited by an oscillation power source 21 while a temp. detector 3 is arranged to the downstream side of the object to obtain a temp. signal and a temp. fluctuation signal is separated from the temp. signal by BPF5. The separated temp. fluctuation signal is amplified by an amplifier 7 and mutual relation with the oscillation frequency of the power source is operated by a first operator 8. A second operator 9 uses the result of the operator 8 and operates a flow rate from the distance between the heat generator 20 and the detector 3 to display the same to a display device 10. |
