The invention relates to a multiple function corrector device for the suspension of vehicles, using the energy produced by the spontaneous movements which it is to correct. It comprises: an elastic suspension 28, floating piston 24, a suspension height compensation chamber 17 with composite seal 132/133, holding springs 131 and 134, a seal 119, a dual-acting valve 127/118/112, a chamber 115 for setting to various heights, with composite seals 129 and their springs, a pump with chambers 6 and 7, a piston 4 and piston rod 1, as well as the flap valve 14 for intake into the pump, reservoirs 13 and 13' communicating via the duct 116, and device reversing the compressive movement of the suspension and damper, in terms of tension. <IMAGE>
