Improvements made to devices of machines for skinning pieces of meat, described in the main patent and in the first addition, relating to the safety of use and a time-saving mode to the effective working time of the machines, characterised by travel (stroke) limiters 52, 53 for the control levers 25, 15 and 14 whose axis of rotation is at 8, the control of 25 being operated manually by the threaded spindle 12. The exaggerated force in this operation caused damage to the knife 2 which came in contact with the rotary drum 3; the fact of the presence of travel limiters, adjustable at 51 for 52, and in the direction of the arrow for 53, eliminates this kind of occurrence. The cleaning comb 50 of the rotary drum 3 blocked, in some cases, the latter, and the fact of the presence of the travel limiter 54 prevents this from happening. The course limiters 52, 53 and 54 are electric current breakers (circuit breakers, switches) which stop the action of the motor driving the machine when they are actuated by the action of the aforementioned control levers passing beyond the extreme position, which has the effect of preventing physical accidents and interruptions of the use of the machines. <IMAGE>
