Front insulating building panel

A front insulating panel (for buildings) has an outer covering bonded to an inner sheet of insulation e.g. polystyrene and a reverse mounting face. The edge of the insulation which is to be uppermost is stepped at an angle; the cover sheet is positioned offset with its ultimately lower side projecting so as to overlap the insulation on the adjacent panel but allows any water to drain out from behind.
