PURPOSE:To read the program counted value of an address by outputting a trigger signal when the address of a program being executed by the microcomputer on the side of a device to be measured coincides with the set address of a memory. CONSTITUTION:A coincidence circuit 4 outputs a coincidence signal 5 when detecting an address in execution inputted from the address bus 2 of the microcomputer of the device to be measured being coincident with the set address. A control signal 6 corresponding to said coincident address among control signals 6 obtained by inverting a read instruction RD, write instruction WR, and memory request MREQ outputted from said microcomputer is latchd by a latch circuit 7 at the timing of the control signal 6, and this signal is used for address triggering 10. Thus, the PC value is read easily, so a software debugging time is shortened. |
