PURPOSE:A suppository having high remedying effect on hemorrhoids, obtained by sealing almost equivalent amounts of SHIUNKO (an ointment obtained by dispersing Japanese angelica root and Lithospermic Radix into sesami oil, bees wax, or lard molten under heating) and CHUOKO (an ointment obtained by dispersing Curumae rhizoma and Phelloderdri cortex into sesame oil, or bees wax molten under heating) in a soft capsule. CONSTITUTION:Almost equal amounts of SHIUNKO, an ointment obtained by dispersing Japanese angelica root and Lithospermi Radix into sesame oil, based wax, or lard molten under heating and CHUOKO, an ointment obtained by dispersing Curumae rhizoma and Phellodendri cortee into sesame oil, or bees wax molten under heating into a vegetable or mineral oil base under heating, sealing it in a soft capsule consisting of gelatinous film by a conventional procedure. The amounts of the active ingredients in one capsule are 150-500mg, respectively, and the amount of the capsule is preferably 1-2g. |
