PURPOSE:The titled composition having extremely raised effect on wind and rain, capable of making intervals of application long, reducing an amount of a main agent, obtained by blending N-(p-fluoromethoxyphenyl)-2,3-dichloromaleimide with PVA. CONSTITUTION:N-(p-Fluoromethoxyphenyl)-2,3-dichloromaleimide, an agricultural and horticultural fungicide used for controlling blights of mainly fruit tress, vegetables, etc., is blended with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA for short) to give an active ingredient. Since PVA is obtained by saponifying polyvinyl acetate, PVA has >=80mol% saponification degree and about 300-3,000 molecular weight (averge polymerization degree), an amount of PVA blended in the composition is preferably 1-90wt%, and the concentration of PVA in an application solution for use is preferably 10-2,000ppm. The composition is blended with an extender and other auxiliaries and used in a state of wettable powder. |
