PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of heating seal, while improving heating seal speed and productivity by cooling and smultaneously pressurizing the heating seal part immediately after heating, linking integrally a hot blast device to a pressurizing and cooling device. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing head 2 is composed of included cooling tubes 4 and hot blast blowing outlets 5. A heating seal surface is pushed or released by moving a conical body 11 up and down, rotating the rollers 10 opposite to pushing pieces along the inclined surface of the conical body 11. The hot blast blown out from the hot blast blowing outlets 5 strikes a heating seal portion directly at th state in which the barrel part 20 of a vessel is covered with a cover plate 21. In this time, the pushing pieces 3 are kept to open. As soon as the heating of the heating seal part is finished, a heating seal device 1 is lowered, and the pressurizing heads 2 and the pushing pieces 3 become cooling and pressurizing state, whereby the welding is completed. |
