PURPOSE:To raise sharply the output and action frequency by a method, in which a groove is provided in the axial direction on one part of a vacuum container for inserting a helix lagging wave circuit and a dielectric bar thereinto followed by inserting the vacuum container into a metal cylinder having small thermal expansion for soldering the groove. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic pole pieces (cylinder) 9 and non-magnetic metal pieces 6 are alternately soldered, a combination of a helix 1 and a dielectric bar 2 is inserted into a vacuum container provided with a groove 7 in the axial direction, while further the vacuum container, in which the helix 1 and the dielectric bar 2 are included, is inserted into the magnetic pole pieces (cylinder) 9 to be made into the vacuum container for soldering the groove 7 and a metal cylinder 8 having smaller thermal expansion than the non-magnetic metal pieces 6 and the same inner diameter with the outer diameter of the vacuum container. The soldering of the groove 7 is performed by utilizing a difference in thermal expansion between the metal cylinder 8 and the vacuum container so that the groove 7 may closely adhere. After soldering the groove 7, the magnetic pole pieces (disk) 10 of the magnetic circuit and the magnets 5 are alternately set up to finish a lagging wave circuit. |
