PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of a check valve product by eliminating the needs for manual operation by cutter, etc., and also equalizing the diameter of outlet port by a method in which a check valve without outlet port for preventing back flow is molded, the tip of an intermediate mold is pressed on the molding, and an outlet is formed by press-cutting. CONSTITUTION:A molding material is placesd on the upside of an outer mold 6, an intermediate mold 13 is inserted into the outer mold 6, and the molding material is molded by heating and pressing to form an outlet port 5 of a thickness (or width) 15 between the tip end 11 of the intermediate mold 13 of a cutting edge form and the surface 12 of the lower mold 10. A butt body 16 is positioned insertionally on the upside of the lower mold 10. The butt body 16 is made of a hard rubber or vinyl chloride resin plate, etc., having an elasticity enough to prevent the breakage of the tip end 11 when collided. The outer and intermediate molds 6 and 13 holding a molding 17 as a check valve 1 are pressingly butted to the butt body 16 to form an outlet 5 of a thickness (or width) 15 by cutting it by the tip end 11 of the intermediate mold 13. |
