Apparatus for the metered moistening and further conveyance of fodders difficult to pump, by means of which fodder silos can be filled via pipelines and, when required, emptied again and which has a feed funnel with water inflow, a conveying worm with following rotary piston pump, via which the pipelines are fed, and a connection for a return line which is arranged on the suction side of the pump on the worm housing, the conveying worm (1) and the housing (2) being arranged horizontally and having the feed funnel (3) at their end opposite the pump, and the conveying worm (3) being flanged, with a part (7) of its housing located in front of the return connection (5), to the remaining worm housing (6). <IMAGE>
