发明名称 Z-AXIS CONTROL DEVICE OF LASER WORKING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain the distance between a work and a head at a prescribed distance at all times by providing plural distance measuring sensors on the head side of a laser working machine and providing means for correcting the command for positioning a Z-axis according to the detection values from said sensors. CONSTITUTION:A correction is applied to a means 19 for commanding positioning of a Z-axis by using the detection values from >=3 pieces of sensors D provided to a head 13 and a servocontrol shaft 21 is controlled by a servocontrol motor M in the stage of cutting a work W having a distortion or camber with a Z-axis driven laser working machine. For example, a control signal is generated from a means 25 for servocontrolling the head upon receiving of the command signal from the means 19 and the result of the driving with the motor M is detected with a position detector D0 such as an encoder or the like and is subjected to feedback control. The correction rate of the command for positioning is calculated by a means 29 for calculating the correction value from the average value of the detection signals from >=3 pieces of the distance measuring sensors D and said command is corrected by a correcting means 31.
