PURPOSE:To spray effectively a parting material to a desired position by providing a liquid passage communicating with the groove of a spray nozzle pin when the spray nozzle pin projects to a core side to a matrix and a movable liner. CONSTITUTION:When a core 13 ascends after mold opening upon completion of molding, an ejector plate 6 for ejecting the molding is pushed leftward and a spray nozzle pin 5 is progressed leftward as well. The notch of the pin 5 projects from the core mating surface 2a of a movable liner and communicates at the same time with a liquid passage 12. When a parting material is supplied from the part of an L-shaped pipe 8 to a pipe 9, the parting material enters a notch by flowing through the pipes 8, 9 and the passages 10, 12 and is sprayed from the tip of the notch toward the required part of the asended core 13 at an angle alpha. The parting is thus surely accomplished. |
