PURPOSE:To move a funnel with high accuracy to the funnel holding part of the transfer destination while preventing the funnel damage under transfer by providing the top of a U-shaped plate with a vacuum chuck adhering to each corner outer surface of the funnel to be transferred and a guiding bar. CONSTITUTION:The arms 13, 15 and a vertical axis 16 are driven for hanging the space of a U-shaped plate 23 on the lower part of the funnel F at the end of a conveyer 30 while elevating the U-shaped plate 23 for taking up the funnel in order to operate each vacuum chuck 24. The U-shaped plate 23 is moved above a carrier 41 by driving the arms 13 and 15 for stopping the operation of the vacuum chuck 24 and lowering the vertical axis 16. As the funnel F is fixed to the U-shaped frame during transfer by the vacuum chuck 24, the funnel is not feared to jump inspite of high-speed transfer. When moving from the U-shaped plate 23 to the holding frame 42 of the carrier 41, a guiding bar 25 suppresses the rotation of the funnel F thus preventing the funnel from jumping through contact with the holding frame 42. |
