PURPOSE:To measure the intensity of laser beams responding at a real time to a temperature change, the change of the intensity of incident laser beams or the like by boring a hole to an integrating sphere, arranging a photosensor into the hole so that a light-receiving surface thereof is brought into contact directly with the inside of the integrating sphere and directly fixing the photosensor to the integrating sphere through a means through which excellent thermal conduction is maintained. CONSTITUTION:Laser beams 3 are introduced to the inside 10a of an integrating sphere 10 from an introducing port 10b and multiple-reflected, the intensity of laser beams is distributed approximately uniformly, and the intensity of laser beams is detected by a photosensor 13 and converted into an electric signal. Since a thin-film black body on a light-receiving surface in the sensor 13 is oppositely faced directly to the inside 10a of the integrating sphere 10 through a hole 11 and the sensor 13 and the integrating sphere 10 are brought into contact through fillers 12 having excellent sphere 10 and the sensor 13 can be inhibited to an extremely small value, thus minimally suppressing even the zero-point drift of an output from the photosensor 13. Accordingly, an error on the measurement of the intensity of laser beams of the sensor 13 is also minimized. |
