<p>In an enclosure (1), which comprises in succession an air supply zone (2), a zone (8) for treatment of the products (10) which is situated in intermediate position, and an air removal zone (11), the air supply zone (2) comprising in succession (following the passage of the air) in particular means (3, 5) for bringing in fresh air, means of filtering (6) and means of diffusion (7) of this air in the enclosure (1). Moreover, after the means of diffusion (7), there are provided accelerating means (16) which extend over essentially all the surface of the enclosure (1) and are arranged in such a manner that the air streams (19) have, in particular at the level of the product (10) to be treated, linear speeds which are greater than their output speeds from the means of diffusion (7). <IMAGE></p> |
