Belt-controlling roller for the controlled guidance, in the transverse direction of a belt which can be moved substantially in the longitudinal direction with a desired belt-centre position, comprising a rotary body which can rotate about its axis and is suitable, at least around part of its outer circumferential surface, for interacting with the belt; the rotary body can be driven in a controllable manner in the direction of rotation, and during operation the said part of its outer circumferential surface is arranged eccentrically with respect to the desired belt-centre position. |
