PURPOSE:To reduce the volume to <=1/2 while keeping the same electric characteristic by laminating plural piezoelectric substrates on the major surface of which electrodes are formed, connecting upper and lower electrodes and coupling them incorporatedly. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric resonator element 2 has two piezoelectric substrates 3, 4 on the opposite major planes of which electrodes 6, 8 and 10 are formed respectively. The electrode 6 is formed nearly L-shaped and the electrode 8 is formed nearly U-shaped and the opposite parts are formed respectively as vibrating electrode parts 6a, 8a. The parts other than the electrode parts 6a, 8a of the electrodes 6, 8 are connecting electrode parts 6b, 8b and lead electrode parts 6c, 8c. Further, the electrode 10 consists of a vibrating electrode part 10a and an earth electrode part 10b. The two substrates 3, 4 are laminated by opposing the major surfaces with each other and bonded incorporatedly by adhesives 14a, 14b and the electrode parts 6b, 6b and the electrode parts 10b, 10b are connected by conductive paints 16a, 16b. |
