发明名称 HYGROSCOPIC FILAMENT YARN OF REGENERATED CELLULOSE HAVING IMPROVED FLEXIBILITY AND ITS PREPARATION
摘要 PURPOSE:The titled filament yarn useful for functional surgical cloth as woven or knitted fabric, by alkalizing filament yarn of specific water-containing regenerated cellulose in a reaction solvent, carboxymethylating it further with monochloroacetic acid. CONSTITUTION:First, filament yarn of regenerated cellulose is made into 20- 300wt% water content, and alkalized with an alkali in a reaction solvent (preferably organic solvent, more preferably mixed solvent of methanol-water-2-propanol). It is further carboxymethylated with monochloroacetic acid, to give the desired filament yarn of carboxymethyl cellulose filament yarn having <=0.7 degree of substitution, having <=0.12mg/d flexibility. The filament yarn of carboxymethyl cellulose has preferably >=90% retention ratio based on strength and elongation of original filament yarn of regenerated cellulose.
