PURPOSE:To enable to clean the heat transferring surface during the operation of a heat exchanger which utilizes a vapor condensation latent heat by providing a line composed of a condensate tank and a condensate return pump. CONSTITUTION:The waste heat 1 in vapor phase is condensed in an evaporator 2 on the heat exchanging process, then a condensate produced from the waste heat is discharged with a condensing pump 14. In case of the cleaning of the heat transferring pipe of the evaporator 2, a valve 17 is opened previously and the condensate is filled into a condensate tank 15. At the starting of cleaning, the valve 17 is closed, a condensate return pump 16 is driven, a valve 19 is opened, then the condensate filled in the tank is returned to a feeding piping of the waste heat 1. In case that a sponge ball cleaning device inside of the heat transferring pipe of the evaporator 2 is made to be driven due to the condensate flow fed by the condensate return pump 16, a ball circulating pump 10 is started, the sponge ball is circulated, accordingly, the inside of the transferring pipe is cleaned. |
