PURPOSE:To accurately incorporate an armature and to improve the heat dissipation of the armature by projecting a positioning jig between sole coils, displacing the position, integrally molding with molding material, then removing the jig, and forming a recess slot. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sole coils 1a wound with enameled wires are sequentially displace to be laminated and disposed in a flat plate shape to form a rotor coil 6. The lead wiring 1b are connected to a commutator 5, the coil 6 is molded fixedly with a molding material 7 such as thermosetting polymer synthetic resin or the like after a positioning jig (not shown) disposed at an interval of the coils 1a is mounted at oblique lines A, B. The pulling locuses of the jig become recess slots 7a, 7b, and an armature 8 is formed of the coil 6, the material 7 and the commutator 5. In this manner, the armature can be accurately positioned, and thinned to be reduced in its weight. |
