PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic tube without any step difference by a method in which a bonding plastic inner layer is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction on the outside of a mandrel whose one end is fixed and the other end reaches a drawer through a heat molding die. CONSTITUTION:One end of a mandrel 4 whose surface is coated with a releasing agent, and the other end is attached to a heat molding die 5 and in piercing manner to the inside of a drawer 6 attached to the tip of the die 5. A composite tape 8 is supplied by turning its heat-bonding layer inwards to a supplyer 7 and introduced into a heater 9. The composite tape 8 wound around the mandrel 4 is passed through the die 5, the heat bonding layer is sufficiently melted, and the layers of the compostite tape are sufficiently bonded with each other. The composite tape 8 is then introduced into the drawer 6, and only the tubular tape coming out of the end of the mandrel 4 is drawn out to obtain a plastic tube 11 whithout any step difference. |
