<p>PURPOSE:To accurately and readily position a carriage vehicle by detecting a striker provided in a stopping area, then measuring the rotating speed of the wheels of the vehicle and detecting the moved amount of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When the detected light of a photoelectric switch 4 is interrupted by any of strikers 5, 6 while a carriage vehicle 9 is moving, the switch 4 outputs a pulse. A microcomputer 7 counts up an address count N when the pulse is the even number, and sets a forward flag to ''1''. The microcomputer 7 sets a backward flag to ''1'' when the pulse is the odd number. Simultaneously, the number M of the pulses from photoelectric switches 1, 2 are started to be counted as the rotating speeds of the wheels 8. When the number M coincides with the number of counted pulses corresponding to the stopping position after the counter N coincides with the stopping address to be counted, a stop command is applied to the vehicle 9.</p> |
