<p>PURPOSE:To decrease errors caused by the complexity of a part of mechanical constitution and to improve accuracy, by providing a master cam, which has a cam curve having the same lead as that of a material to be measured, and providing a rotary shaft, by which the master cam and the material are coaxially attached. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 2 is rotatably attached to a part of a main body 1 having a box type structure in the vertical direction. A holding tool 3 is coupled to the upper tip of the rotary shaft 2 as a unitary body. A material to be measured 4 is attached to the holding tool 3. A master cam 5 has a cam curve 5a, which has the same lead as a lead surface 14a of the material to be measured 4. The master cam 5 is attached to the rotary shaft 2 so that the phase of the cam 5 is the same as that of the material to be measured 4 and the cam 5 and the material 4 are coaxially attached. In this constitution, errors caused by the complexity of the part of the mechanica 1 constitution are decreased and accuracy can be improved.</p> |
