PURPOSE:To prevent the acceleration disagreeable to a driver's intention and improve safety by setting a driving circuit inoperative by transmitting a cancellation signal when set signals for brake, etc. in a plural number of times are detected and the continuation of set signal is detected. CONSTITUTION:When the closed state of a set switch 8 is continued because of a trouble, etc., a continuation detecting circuit 14 outputs a continuation signal S8 into an AND circuit 19. While, if brake operations are repeated, an operation signal S10 is input into the AND circuit 19. Therefore, the pulse signals S11 on the basis of the brake operation signals input in a plural number of times are output in a plural number of times from the AND circuit 19. After the counting of said number of times by a counting circuit 18, a cancellation signal S9 is output into a driving circuit through an exciting circuit 17 and a reset switch 16, and said driving circuit is set inoperative. Thus, the acceleration disagreeable to the driver's intention is prevented, and the safety is improved. |
